Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler for a remote US-based role with travel up to 25%. You will lead end-to-end schedule development for heavy industrial projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring integrated, executable plans across the project lifecycle.

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience, be proficient in Primavera P6, and demonstrate strong communication with stakeholders at all levels. A STEM degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience.
• Proficient with Oracle Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and operate across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across phases and cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail, and coordination for efficient execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Establish and track key schedule metrics and benchmarks.
• Evaluate schedules for feasibility and competitiveness through project lifecycle.
• Lead schedule review meetings and deliver timely updates per plan.
• Communicate clear schedule reports to support decision-making.
