Requirements include 5+ years in heavy industrial scheduling (power generation, refining, chemical processing), Primavera P6 proficiency, and travel up to 25%. Strong communication and stakeholders management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience for total lifecycle through Front end engineering through construction.
• Proficient user of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases, functions, and activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on schedule structure, level of detail, and coordination to support efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with project plans.
• Establish and track key schedule performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor progress.
• Evaluate schedules for accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead schedule review/status meetings and deliver timely schedule updates per the schedule management plan.
• Develop and communicate clear schedule reports and insights that support decision‑making.
• Partner with engineering, construction, and cost engineering teams to track progress, assess earned value, and support change‑management processes.
