Job summary

The Chemours Company is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler for heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining, or Chemical Process Plants. This remote-friendly, full-time role coordinates schedule development across FEED through construction with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and risk analysis skills are essential to drive on-time project delivery. Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant scheduling experience, be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and be willing to

Qualifications

7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant project scheduling experience spanning FEED to construction.
Ability to manage multiple project tasks and initiate changes in plan when appropriate.
Proficient interaction with and influence of people at all levels within and outside Chemours.

Responsibilities

Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
Lead schedule management and risk analyses to anticipate deviations and mitigation.
Communicate clear schedule reports and insights to enable timely decision-making.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and cost teams to track progress and earned value.
