Job summary

Chemours is seeking a Capital Project Scheduler to join our team. This role develops and manages the end-to-end project schedule for capital initiatives, partnering with project teams and leadership to ensure timely, coordinated execution across the lifecycle.

Some travel to Chemours sites is expected. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy industrial scheduling for power, refining or chemical plants and is proficient in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy industrial project scheduling for power generation, refining or chemical plants.
• Proficient user of Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Strong interactions and influence across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop fully integrated project schedules across all phases with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure and detail for efficient execution.
• Lead schedule review meetings and communicate updates per plan.
• Partner with engineering, construction and cost teams to track progress and change management.
