Job summary

The Chemours Company seeks a Capital Project Scheduler to lead end-to-end schedule development for major projects across lifecycle. This role collaborates with project teams and business leadership to ensure timely, integrated schedules and optimal resource use.

Based at or near Chemours sites with remote work options, travel up to 25% is required. Candidates should have 7+ years in heavy industrial Power Generation/Refining/Chemical plants and proficiency in Primavera P6; a STEM degree is

Qualifications

• 7+ years of heavy industrial Power Generation, Refining and/or Chemical Process Plant scheduling experience.
• Proficient use of Oracle’s Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks and adapt plans quickly.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fully integrated project schedules across all phases and teams.
• Provide guidance on schedule structure, detail level, and coordination.
• Build schedule logic, sequencing, and hierarchy aligned with plans.
• Establish metrics to monitor progress and performance.
• Lead schedule reviews and deliver updates per the plan.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and cost teams on progress and earned value.
