Cardinal Health in the United States is seeking a Capital Projects Leader to drive MHE and facility investments across North America. You will manage a team of project managers, develop three-to-five-year plans, and present investment cases to executives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
• Advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale capital projects in distribution or manufacturing environments, including MHE, facility infrastructure, suppliers, project financials, and implementation planning.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and coordinating multiple projects across North America preferred.
• Strong capital budgeting, spend management, forecasting, and business case development skills, with the ability to present investment recommendations clearly to executive leadership.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, along with strong data analysis skills, is required to manage capital budgets, reconcile spending, develop forecasts, and translate financial and asset data into actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead asset-tracking modernization and improve asset data quality and reporting. Experience with IBM Maximo or a similar enterprise asset management or computerized maintenance management system is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of PMs supporting North American ops across $50–$70M annual capital spend.
• Develop and drive MHE and facility capital strategy, including lifecycle planning and bids.
• Partner with site leaders to assess facilities and prioritize upkeep and improvements.
• Modernize asset tracking and improve data accuracy for lifecycle costs.
• Oversee project scope, planning, resources, and budgets with minimal disruption.
• Develop 3–5 year capital plan; manage budgeting and forecasts.
• Prepare business cases and funding requests for executive approval.
• Evaluate suppliers and manage relationships to control costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align investments with priorities and risks.
