Job summary

Garud Technology Services Inc. is looking for a Capital Planning Business Analyst Lead to oversee Capital Planning and Investment Control for USDA FPAC. This role involves leading analysts in preparing business cases and supporting strategic planning activities. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in CPIC, strong knowledge of OMB A-11 regulations, and excellent communication skills.

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States while requiring availability during core hours aligned to the Kansas City duty station.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Capital Planning and Investment Control experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience leading gate review preparation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with federal Capital Planning leadership.
• Lead development and quality review of business cases and EVM reports.
• Manage strategic planning, budget formulation, and spend planning.
• Supervise Capital Planning Analysts and provide quality assurance.
• Support gate reviews and portfolio data calls.
