Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of CPIC and/or IT Portfolio Management analysis activities for federal clients.
• Familiarity with USDA Capital Planning processes and IT Portfolio Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate business cases and data supporting investment health.
• Analyze spend plan and contract data to align investment projects.
• Support monitoring of enterprise investments and conduct reviews.
