This remote role collaborates with senior stakeholders across NY, UK, and India-based teams. The ideal candidate has an MBA from a premier institution with 5–10 years post-MBA experience in capital markets risk and compliance, strong regulatory

Qualifikationen

• MBA from premier institutions with 5–10 years post-MBA experience.
• Experience in capital markets risk, compliance transformation, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of US capital markets, instruments and participants.
• Big 4 or top-tier consultancy experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for capital markets engagements across risk, regulation, and data transformation workstreams.
• Own project governance: scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and executive reporting.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client senior leadership; manage expectations.
• Translate US regulatory requirements into actionable project plans and workstreams.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams on regulatory reporting and risk analytics.
• Drive business development activities including RFP responses and proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to RegEdge's knowledge base.
• Contribute to thought leadership and market positioning materials.
