Job summary

Howden Group seeks a capable Capability and Enablement Lead to design role‑based learning for US Retail Operations and Client Servicing. You will own instructional design, learning strategy, and capability outcomes, partnering with Process Excellence, PMO, and Technology for measurable performance improvements.

This hands‑on leadership role focuses on building operational capability, translating future states into practical learning assets and ensuring adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering role‑based learning and enablement programs.
• Background in insurance brokerage or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex processes into actionable training content.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, IT and Change teams.

Responsibilities

• Design learning strategy aligned to target operating model.
• Develop modular curricula and performance‑based objectives.
• Create job aids, playbooks, e‑learning and simulations.
• Lead blended delivery and reinforce adoption through refreshers.
• Measure impact with KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
