Job summary

Howden is seeking a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead to design, document, and govern end-to-end operational processes across the US Retail business. You will translate strategic priorities into clear, executable workflows with strong controls and KPIs.

Reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement & Change, you will drive consistency and scalability, partner with Operations, Technology, and Learning & Development, and enable rapid adoption of improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in process design, governance, or operational excellence within insurance brokerage or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations and core workflows (client service, policy administration, certificates, billing).
• Experience designing end-to-end processes that improve efficiency, consistency and control.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and govern end-to-end operational processes across US Retail.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, RACI models, and handoffs.
• Define KPIs and partner with Operations on measurement and reporting.
• Support adoption and enablement with training and reinforcement.
