The supervisor will provide direct clinical supervision, training, and development to staff, supporting leadership to ensure service delivery meets program guidelines and state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent field
• NC Medicaid-certified training within 90 days (if applicable)
• Minimum five years of related CAP/home care experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee CAP case management services for reliability and compliance
• Train and mentor staff on clinical documentation and practice
• Review clinical notes for accuracy and compliance
• Plan and lead team meetings addressing clinical issues
• Coordinate with state agencies to promote program alignment
