Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a CAP Clinical Supervisor East Region to oversee CAP case management for medically fragile children and adults with complex needs. You will support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with state agencies, promoting high-quality, person-centered services.

The role requires leadership, clinical documentation expertise, and the ability to manage audits, trainings, and program reviews to maintain service excellence across the East Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of five years of directly related experience, preferably CAP case management.
• Experience with Medicaid, CAP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAP case management delivery and ensure quality and compliance.
• Train and coach staff in clinical documentation and case management practices.
• Review clinical notes for accuracy and provide guidance as needed.
