Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a University Recruiting Lead to own the campus strategy and program experience end-to-end. You will drive a continuous pipeline across sites, sourcing and engaging early-career talent for AI, engineering, and related functions while creating an energizing campus environment to attract top graduates.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics environments.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with university career centers, labs, student organizations and academic leadership.
• Highly organized and proactive in managing logistics, events, and candidate tracking across multiple sites.
• Candidate-centric mindset ensuring a positive experience and ambassadors for Agility regardless of offer outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage business leaders, campus partners, and students.

Responsibilities

• Own the year-round campus recruiting strategy and program experience end-to-end.
• Drive sourcing and candidate lifecycle from outreach through onboarding.
• Build partnerships with university programs and leadership to create a robust pipeline.
• Coordinate hosting managers, onboarding, scheduling and program logistics across locations.
• Monitor program health and retention, resolving friction early across sites.
