Agility Robotics is seeking a seasoned university recruiting leader to own the campus strategy end-to-end, driving a continuous year-round pipeline for early-career talent across multiple sites and turning students into full-time hires.

You will partner with core university partners, manage hosting programs, and ensure a seamless campus experience that supports AI, engineering, and broader business functions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in university recruiting or campus programs, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics environments preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with university career centers, labs, and student orgs.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage logistics, events, and tracking across locations.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication with business leaders and students.

Responsibilities

• Own the full university recruiting lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Anchor and deepen partnerships with university programs and labs across sites.
• Source broadly through programs, competitions, labs, open applications, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidates for long-term career potential across AI, engineering, and business roles.
• Provide templates and enablement for managers to focus on mentorship and program outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and logistics to ensure a consistent campus experience.
