Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a seasoned university recruiting leader to drive a year-round campus strategy and a seamless program experience. You’ll own the full lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding, while cultivating partnerships with universities across multiple sites.

You will shape a candidate-centric program, coordinate logistics for events, and mentor managers to deliver a compelling campus experience that attracts top early-career talent in AI, engineering, and related fields.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in university recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in high-tech, hardware, AI, or robotics environments.
• Proven track record building relationships with university career centers, research labs, student organizations, and academic leadership.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing logistics, events, and candidate tracking across multiple locations.
• Passionate about candidate experience, ensuring students leave as ambassadors for the company regardless of offers.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage business leaders, campus partners, and students alike.

Responsibilities

• Own year-round sourcing: full lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding, with continuous outreach tied to academic calendars and business needs.
• Anchor key partnerships with core university partners to build a trusted pipeline across multiple sites.
• Source broadly by targeting university programs, competitions, research labs, open applications, and referrals nationwide.
• Focus on long-term impact by evaluating candidates for full-time career potential in AI, engineering and business functions.
• Provide templates and support to managers for project scoping, check-ins, and evaluations to keep mentorship front and center.
• Handle onboarding, scheduling, and program logistics across locations to ensure a smooth campus experience.
• Monitor program health by checking in with early-career hires and managers to resolve friction and track retention.
• Build cross-site culture through demos, social events, and learning sessions; manage onboarding milestones and company-wide presentations.
• Foster onsite energy by offering hands-on exposure to real systems from day one.
