North Bridge Staffing Group is seeking a Campus Recruiter for NYC with strong university recruiting experience to build relationships with colleges, manage pipelines of undergraduates, and represent the firm at campus events.

The role requires 5–10 years of recruiting experience, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Base salary ranges $130K–$170K with total compensation around $220K.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong campus or university recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience managing university relationships and recruiting events.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and polished.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic background preferred; 3.5+ GPA preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute campus recruiting strategies across target universities.
• Build relationships with career centers, student organizations, and university contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong pipelines of undergraduate talent.
• Represent the firm at career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and campus programs.
• Plan and execute campus recruiting events and initiatives.
• Partner with hiring teams and internal stakeholders on campus hiring needs.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruiting process.
• Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and university relationships.
• Travel to college campuses during recruiting season.
