Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of recruiting experience.

• Highly organized, proactive, and polished.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic background preferred; 3.5+ GPA preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus, but not required.

Our client, a leading investment management firm, is looking to add a Campus Recruiter to its growing team in New York City.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong campus/university recruiting experience who enjoys building relationships with universities, developing early-career talent pipelines, and representing an organization at campus events.
