Job summary

Acxiom in the United States is seeking a Campaign Strategist to lead multi-channel campaign planning for a portfolio of clients. You will ground initiatives in audience logic, funnel movement, and clear business objectives, defining audience strategy, writing BRDs, and shaping campaign requirements.

You will balance deep strategic work with fast-turn, ad-hoc requests, collaborating with analytics, creative, media, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are structured correctly and audiences

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of agency or similar experience managing multiple client strategies.
• Ability to build campaign strategies, define target audiences, and map journeys.
• Understanding segmentation, deciles, scoring models, and audience impact on outcomes.
• Strong BRD writing skills and experience articulating strategy.
• Funnel movement intuition and KPI focus across stages.
• Ability to juggle strategies, deadlines, and ad-hoc requests.
• Experience across funnel stages from prospect to customer.
• Ability to present clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying workflow gaps and scalable solutions.
