Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Campaign Strategist for a remote/homebased role to develop end-to-end multi-channel campaign strategies grounded in audience logic and clear business objectives. You will define audience segmentation, write BRDs, shape campaign requirements, and partner with analytics, creative, and operations teams.

The position requires managing several client strategies simultaneously, interpreting results to drive strategic recommendations, and presenting plans to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in an agency or similar environment managing multiple client strategies concurrently.
• Proven ability to build campaign strategies, define target audiences, and map lead-to-customer journeys.
• Understanding of segmentation, deciles, scoring models, and how audience selection impacts campaign outcomes.
• Strong ability to write structured, actionable BRDs.
• Deep intuition for funnel movement and the KPIs that matter at each stage.
• Ability to juggle multiple strategies, deadlines, and ad-hoc requests without sacrificing quality.
• Experience across all funnel stages, including prospect, lead, and customer.
• Skilled at articulating strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying workflow gaps and proposing scalable solutions.

• Multi-Client Strategy Management — Oversee several client strategies with prioritization and responsiveness.
• Ad-Hoc Strategic Support — Respond quickly to short-turn requests while maintaining strategic integrity.
• Cross-Functional Partnership — Collaborate with analytics, creative, media and operations teams.
• Process Improvement — Identify workflow gaps and streamline campaign development.
• Strategic Alignment — Ensure cohesion without executing tasks.
• Performance Interpretation — Translate results into insights and recommendations.
• Client Communication — Present strategies and plans clearly to stakeholders.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement — Influence Directors, VPs, and C-level decision-makers.
