Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Campaign Specialist for a fully remote role supporting Retailer and CPG-funded Shopper Marketing initiatives with our proprietary shelfAdz media solution. You will work autonomously with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and deliver exceptional results.

You will build relationships with process owners, manage timelines, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes while maintaining high service standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience (2–3 years).
• Excellent written and oral communication with clients and management.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization in a remote environment.
• High service-level orientation with attention to detail and urgency.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage duties for one or more client accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Build strong relationships across process owners and Avery Dennison.
• Plan, organize, and manage project timelines with clear expectations and timely deliverables.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose resolutions to management.
• Use independent judgment to drive process improvements and meet SLAs.
