Key Responsibilities

This position is a fully remote role.

Independently manage and own all assigned duties for one or more client accounts and areas of focus, working closely with cross-functional sales, client service, programming, IT, creative, delivery, and production teams.

Plan, organize, and manage project timelines to completion in a timely manner, communicating clear and realistic expectations with internal and external cross-functional team members to ensure error-free deliverables.

Evaluate and independently determine when to elevate concerns, providing recommended resolutions to Senior Sales Support and Sales Operations management in a timely manner.

Use independent decision-making to identify inefficiencies or inaccuracies in business processes, measuring performance against process requirements, service level agreements, and quality goals to provide best practice recommendations.

Qualifications

Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills with the ability to participate in and effectively present information to clients, employees, and management.

Strong ability to work independently, exhibit analytical skills, effectively problem-solve, and maintain high organization with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.

High service-level orientation, outstanding attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure while remaining calm in high-stress situations.
