Job summary

International Justice Mission is seeking a Campaign Execution Specialist to join the Global Marketing team and support the planning, development, and execution of integrated campaigns that advance IJM’s mission worldwide.

The role emphasizes collaboration across channels and teams, helping to translate strategy into actionable plans, briefs, and assets, while maintaining brand integrity and stakeholder alignment. Hybrid work options are available for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, campaigns, communications, or creative environments.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, or related field.
• Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and creative processes.
• Understanding of marketing and campaign workflows.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort with briefs, timelines, and project tools.
• Familiarity with digital and social campaign channels.
• Basic design literacy helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for planning, coordination, and delivery of global marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate components across channels: digital, content, creative, paid media, events.
• Support development of campaign concepts, key messages, and briefs.
• Gather performance data, insights, and learnings for measurement.
• Help adapt campaigns based on results and audience response.
• Ensure brand consistency and on-brand messaging across touchpoints.
• Assist in campaign rollout launches and amplification moments.
