Job summary

International Justice Mission invites a Design Intern to join the Creative team in shaping campaigns and brand visuals. The role supports marketing materials and internal resources, applying UX, graphic, and digital design skills to real-world projects.

The internship is flexible: in-person or hybrid in the Washington, DC area, or remote for non-local candidates, with 30–40 hours per week and a monthly volunteer stipend.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years of undergraduate study by start date.
• One prior internship or notable leadership in campus or community groups.
• Commitment to 20–40 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Graphic design and digital design experience.
• Film/video editing and illustration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative and Campaigns teams on marketing materials.
• Assist with global campaign graphics, social media visuals, and layouts.
• Contribute to UX/UI design projects and internal design resources.
