Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) invites applications for the Spring 2027 Communications Internship. The intern will support program and advancement staff across Africa and Europe, assist with project management tasks for regional communications, and contribute to writing, copyediting, and graphic design efforts.

Responsibilities include coordinating regional activities, supporting trainings, managing intranet updates, and improving processes while providing general IJM administrative

Qualifications

• Two years of undergraduate study completed.
• Experience in project management or process implementation is preferred.
• Experience with intranet site management is a plus.

• Managing regional community of practice scheduling and meeting follow up.
• Supporting regional speaker trainings
• Intranet site management and development
• Improvement of processes
• Ad hoc creative assignments such as writing, copyediting, and graphic design
• Participating in departmental and general IJM administrative support
