Job summary

Denali Universal Services seeks reliable Seasonal Breakfast Cooks/Bakers for camp operations on Alaska's North Slope. You will prepare breakfasts and baked goods, supervise kitchen staff, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while supporting inventory and meals for a remote camp community.

Expect a rotational schedule (3 weeks on/3 weeks off) with 12-hour shifts and approximately 84 hours per week, including overtime. Flights between Anchorage and site are provided, along with housing and meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food production, including breakfast and baking.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast meals, baked goods, and desserts.
• Follow recipes and food safety standards.
• Supervise and support kitchen staff.
• Monitor food quality and temperatures.
• Help manage inventory and supplies.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety and sanitation requirements.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Work as part of a team and help with other duties as assigned.
