Motorola Solutions is seeking a Call Handling Customer Service Manager to oversee Lifecycle Service for assigned contracts and ensure customer satisfaction with Enterprise Support and Services.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with customers and advocates, proper support delivery, and adherence to SLAs. Requires strong communication, ownership, and ability to work in high-security environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service/support experience.
• Understanding of Motorola Solutions products with focus on VESTA 9-1-1.
• Understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers a single point of contact for Software Enterprise Support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Discuss concerns with customers and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain services scope per contract and ensure obligations in regard to service deliverables.
