CertMais is seeking a remote call center specialist to join our global team. In this fully remote role you will answer and track high-volume calls, research details in our databases, and ensure compliance with procedures.

Candidates should have 3+ years in a call center, proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs, strong written and verbal skills, and solid Microsoft 365 knowledge including Word. You will work independently in a remote-first environment with confidentiality as a priority.

• Proficiency with telephony systems and CRMs
• Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Word

Responsabilités

• Answer and track incoming calls in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports and document information per procedures.
• Route and upscale calls appropriately and conduct database research.
