Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a call center
• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Multitask while inputting data
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient with telephony systems and CRMs
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Microsoft 365 proficiency, especially Word for reports
• Experience handling sensitive information
• Home-based role
