Dayton Roger's is hiring a Call Center Representative for a remote, full-time role from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You will answer calls, provide product details, and resolve issues while documenting interactions in our software.

We value clear communication, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior call center experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

• Utilize company software to enter and update customer information and orders.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure all inquiries are resolved and documented.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
