TEKsystems is hiring 20+ Remote Call Center Representatives. Location: Texas or Arizona (excluding Houston). Contract through January with start dates September 25 and October 2.

As a representative, you will deliver premium customer service by phone for a well-known shoe company and build strong relationships through clear, professional communication. Requirements include at least 1 year of recent customer service experience, 40 WPM typing, and a hard-wired 50 Mbps internet connection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience (Retail, Fast Food, Face-to-Face, or Call Center).
• Typing speed: 40 WPM
• Internet: Hard-wired high-speed (50 Mbps download)
