Job summary

The Midtown Group is seeking Remote Call Center Representatives to support a large government healthcare program. This fully remote role is limited to DC, Maryland, and Virginia residents. Onsite visits to DC for equipment pickup are required three times during the contract.

The contract ranges from 5 months to potentially 5 years, with equipment provided to staff. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, assisting with applications and account information, navigating multiple

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call environment.
