Job summary

The Midtown Group is seeking Remote Call Center Representatives to support a large government healthcare program. This fully remote role is limited to DC, Maryland, and Virginia residents. Onsite visits to DC for equipment pickup are required three times during the contract.

Remote Call Center Representative - DC, Maryland, Virginia RESIDENTS ONLY $24/hour

We are hiring multiple Remote Call Center Representatives supporting a large government healthcare program. Will need to go onsite 3 times during the contract period. Contract is 5 months to up to 5 years in duration.

This position is fully remote for residents of DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Assist customers with applications and account information
• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Resolve customer issues during the initial call whenever possible
• Document interactions accurately

Requirements

• Previous call center, customer service, help desk, administrative, or support experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call environment
