Oak Street Health is seeking a remote Call Center Service Advocate I to support patient scheduling and care coordination. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience from a remote home office.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or call center experience, strong communication skills, and basic PC proficiency including Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Polish speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Provide courteous and professional service to patients.
• Enter patient information and appointment details accurately into the scheduling system.
• Communicate appointment details and instructions clearly to patients.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and coordinate with medical staff as needed.
