Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, proficient in MS Office, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing speed 20+ WPM.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Dependable, punctual and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
