Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer
• Ability to read and speak English fluently
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
• Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues
• Document and process customer information in systems
• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures
• Use systems to complete account management tasks and escalate when needed
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge
