Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ wpm).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with Windows operating system.
• Reliable with attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to evaluate and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Customer service oriented and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand needs and resolve issues.
• Utilize systems to complete account management tasks.
• Recognize sales opportunities and upgrade where appropriate.
• Explain and position products and processes to customers.
• Escalate dissatisfied customers to management as needed.
• Aim for first-call resolution through effective call handling.
