SuperStaff is seeking a highly organized Senior Call Center & Communications Officer to oversee our live answering and company communication functions. This role serves as the primary link between callers and internal teams, ensuring questions are answered and messages reach the right people.

You will help clients, families, caregivers, referral partners, and employees receive a professional and helpful experience, while supporting company-wide communication and administrative projects.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of live answering and call-routing.
• Ensure calls are answered professionally and directed correctly.
• Monitor call quality, response times, and message accuracy.
• Identify recurring questions or issues and report trends to leadership.
• Provide a warm, professional caller experience for clients and partners.
• Maintain clear call guides, FAQs, and scripts for common questions.
• Escalate urgent calls to Scheduling, Client Services, HR, or leadership.
• Assist with company communications and special projects across departments.
