Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking a friendly Call Center Representative to join our remote team. This entry-level role offers on-the-job training and a pathway to develop customer service and sales skills from home.

You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, document customer information, and work to resolve issues while following scripts and policies. A reliable internet connection and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months customer service experience.
• Fluent English with strong reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a courteous manner while up-selling products and services to customers.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
• Research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
• Lead fact-finding discussions to determine the best options for the customer.
• Follow knowledge base and training to answer questions while adhering to scripts and policies.
• Actively listen and communicate with customers rather than just reading the script.
