Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact center.

• Willingness to participate in team huddles, including on-camera.
• Able to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service in high-volume contact center environment by handling back-to-back inbound calls, including emotionally sensitive situations.
• Support customers navigating challenging experiences with empathy, professionalism and urgency, de-escalating concerns.
• Manage multiple systems and screens while resolving inquiries accurately, meeting productivity, quality and attendance goals.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with team, internal partners and customers, upholding our values of customer focus, integrity, innovation, accountability and collaboration.
