Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance sales experience.
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Strong understanding of the California specialty auto insurance market.
• Established relationships with independent agency owners and brokers.
• Demonstrated success growing profitable agency-distributed business.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong analytical and business planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret results and develop growth plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategies for premium growth and market share.
• Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers throughout California.
• Strengthen relationships with independent agents, brokers, and partners.
• Manage strategic agency accounts and support agency development.
• Analyze production trends, market conditions, and competition to identify growth.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and Leadership to meet objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations on industry trends.
• Drive accountability for production goals and business results.
• Travel throughout California to support agency relationships and business development.
