Job summary

Mindrift offers a fully remote CAD modelling role in the United States, focusing on training AI agents within a real CAD environment. You’ll design geometry, build reference solutions, and evaluate agent performance alongside CFD engineers.

Requirements include a Mechanical/Aerospace degree (Master's/PhD a plus), 5+ years CAD modelling (CATIA/SolidWorks/Siemens NX/Creo), Python and GitHub proficiency, and an active CAD licence with English at B2 level or above.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional CAD modelling experience.
• Active CAD licence required.
• Experience preparing geometry for simulation (ANSYS or similar).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents operating inside a CAD environment.
• Design part geometry and build reference solutions.
• Judge agent attempts and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers during simulations.
• Work on long engineering tasks spanning 10–15 hours per project.
