Job summary

Mindrift is seeking an experienced CAD modeller to train and evaluate AI agents within a real CAD environment. You will design geometry for long engineering tasks, build reference solutions, and assess the agent's attempts while collaborating with CFD engineers.

Requirements include a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 5+ years of CAD experience with CATIA/SolidWorks/NX/Creo, plus an active CAD licence, Python, and GitHub.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Master's/PhD a plus).
• 5+ years of hands-on CAD modelling (CATIA/SolidWorks/Siemens NX/Creo).
• Active CAD licence required.

Responsibilities

• Help train and evaluate AI agents that work inside a CAD environment.
• Design part geometry for long engineering tasks.
• Build reference solutions and judge the agent's attempts.
• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometry you build.
