INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product design with custom manufacturers across North America in a fully remote role. You will partner with Sales to articulate CAD/CAM fit within INNERGY, lead demonstrations, and translate complex requirements into scalable production-ready solutions.

You’ll support engineer-to-order workflows, validate concepts, and gather customer feedback for product improvement, traveling up to 25% for events as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Background in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or cabinetry-related industries preferred.
• Natural ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and post-processors; able to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery to close, within the INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demos showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support validations, proofs‑of‑concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
