Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales on pre-sales, demonstrate CAD/CAM workflows, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions to drive adoption of INNERGY’s cloud ERP suite.

The role is fully remote, travel up to 25% is expected, and collaboration with Product and Engineering will shape our end-to-end platform for the woodworking industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or related production environments.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software.
• Ability to translate customer needs into CAD/CAM solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for events and customer visits.
• Familiarity with parametric design and production outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions.
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments and libraries.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Support education sessions, webinars, Lunch & Learn as SME.
