INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers across North America. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, deliver tailored demonstrations, and translate complex customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions that connect design to CNC output.

You should bring 3+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software, hands-on CAD/CAM experience, and a strong understanding of

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and related systems.
• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and production outputs.
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Voice of the customer internally, feeding feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
