INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with custom manufacturers across North America. The role partners with Sales to drive pre-sales success and demonstrates CAD/CAM workflows that translate customer needs into tangible manufacturing outputs.

You will translate requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and represent the voice of the customer to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM software used in millwork or cabinetry environments.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Strong consultative, problem-first mindset with customer-facing experience.
• Able to translate customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, post-processors).
• Comfortable traveling up to 25% for trade shows, visits, and events.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery to close.
• Lead tailored demos showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions and outputs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with capabilities.
• Represent customer voice to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
