INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with our custom manufacturer customers. You will partner with Sales to lead pre-sales cycles and showcase workflows from design to CNC output, translating customer needs into scalable CAD/CAM solutions across North America.

This role sits at the intersection of design, engineering, and production; you’ll help clients understand how CAD/CAM drives efficiency in millwork, cabinetry, and casework, while traveling up to

Competenze

• Background in architectural millwork or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related field within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Natural ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Consultative, problem-first mindset: ask the right questions and connect issues to practical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.

Mansioni

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close, in collaboration with Sales.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects on engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent customer voice internally to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Contribute to education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events as a subject matter expert.
