INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product capabilities with the needs of custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to drive pre-sales cycles, lead tailored demonstrations, and translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions across libraries and production outputs.

You’ll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and production, communicating effectively with shop owners, engineers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Background in architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting in manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
• Natural ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and post-processors.
• Thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and owns outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows and visits.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM from discovery through close.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deal cycles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Represent the voice of the customer to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Refine demo environments, libraries, renderings, and outputs.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and events.
• Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn events as a subject matter expert.
