INNERGY is hiring a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM design and manufacturing for custom millwork and cabinetry manufacturers. This fully remote role spans North America, collaborating with Sales to articulate how CAD/CAM drives design to CNC output.

You will translate customer needs into scalable workflows, support proofs of concept, and help customers realize turnkey manufacturing improvements. Ideal candidates bring CAD/CAM hands-on experience, strong communication, and a consultative

Competenze

Experience in Solutions Engineering or technical consulting within manufacturing software or CAD/CAM.
Strong ability to build trust with shop owners, engineers, and production managers.
Hands-on CAD/CAM experience with libraries and post-processors.
Thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment with ownership mindset.

Mansioni

Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM and the INNERGY ecosystem.
Lead tailored demonstrations of CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, outputs).
Guide prospects through engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
Support technical validations, proof-of-concepts, and complex deals.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
Represent the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
Refine demo environments with libraries, renderings, and outputs.
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows and customer events.
Support education sessions, webinars, and Lunch & Learn as an expert.
